Recently, we drove from Southampton to Wroughton to view a car. On the way we stopped in at Carite, as they had one similar to what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing the car there and then. We feel that we had a great deal with "Nathan", who was very helpful in all the process and transaction. Glenn went and collected the car the following week, and they kindly picked him up from Swindon Station. After getting the car home, we thought we had a fault, which turned out to be a setting on the car. Nathan and his Team had no quibble about coming to Southampton with a recovery vehicle, if needed, and taking the car back to put the fault right, but in the end this was not necessary. This gave us great confidence in their after sales service. We would well recommend this garage, even if you have to travel a distance.

I have to say if your thinking of buying a car please go straight to these guys right from the start we were treated with such respect trust and such a polite and curteous manner.They are 110% professional there was nothing in the way that made you feel awkward or uncomfortable, and they were a million miles from any other usual car dealership behaviour.They are like the Savoy off car sales Tom being front of house is like your own concierge telling you all you want to know about the car that you are interested in and if you are not sure what some of the terminology is Tom makes it as clear as water its self.Then the Owners Nathan and Tim who were truly fantastic they are very down to earth people and they are so very approachable they made you feel really respected and in fact making you even feel very special aiming to make your buying experience one of joy and it truly was.These guys are not typical of what you would find in the car trade these people will listen to your wants respect your thoughts and feelings and aim to support you getting the car that will be the right car for you and not just an aim to sell you any car.I really cannot make you go to these guys but what I can say if you don't you will miss out on the real experience of buying a car which is really exciting and an overall joyous experience.My wife and I went to the guys last Saturday we were looking at an Astra they were selling and the car which was one of many that looked startling using the highest valet skills I have ever seen. My car looks brand new inside and out we were knocked by its looks for a car being 9 years old they have worked to an extremely high standard nothing like I have never seen before.We had a part exchange we wanted to put against the Astra and when it comes to the dread of negotiating which is synonymous amongst most car dealers. These guys used no tricks no hard tactics none of the usual " if you buy it today" syndrome and instead of the usual P word that being pressure it was replaced by the other P word that being a pleasure.The guys were open honest and were realistic about the trade in and because of the nice nature from them and ourselves made the whole negotiating very calm and an agreement reached in little time.Want a car , want to be treated with respect, want real professionals, want a fantastic deal and the highest valet of cars you are ever likely to seeThen do not go any where else these guys give you satisfaction guaranteed and I promise you the best experience of buying a car that will surprise and remain with you realising that there are great car dealers you just have to find themThank you Tom Nathan and Tim it was a fantastic experience and so glad we found you.
